That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If it’s been over 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened, in the original condition, and packaging that you received them in. Due to the nature of our products, opened or partially consumed snacks cannot be returned.

Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return request.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchange Policy
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the address above.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in our email communication. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
